Irene joined IM Lawyers in 2023 as a paralegal and brought with her a wealth of experience in the legal sector.

Irene is a graduate of University of Toronto where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and in 2023, she received her Juris Doctor with distinction from Bond University in Queensland. She completed her final semester with the Executive Dean’s Award.

Irene was admitted as a solicitor in 2024.

Irene has years of experience providing legal support services to various law firms in Toronto, Canada, particularly in the practice areas of mergers and acquisitions, general business law, corporate structure and governance, and securities law.

Irene works with the IM Lawyers team across all practice areas, including:

  • personal injury law;
  • commercial law; and
  • Wills and estates law.
